This AUTHENTIC ANTIQUE ring (Art Deco era circa 1920, NOT a reproduction piece) features a very old mine cut GENUINE, NATURAL DIAMOND weighing an estimated .03CT in an ornate, filigree mounting. The diamond has an irregularly cut table and an open culet characteristic of this very old cut. The ring measures 7mm wide at the top and tapers to a very slender 1mm at the base of the shank. It is crafted of SOLID 18K WHITE GOLD WEIGHING 1.9 GRAMS. T are no gold marks but the gold has been acid tested to guarantee accuracy. The condition is excellent - when the ring came in the very slender shank (by design, not from wear) had a break in the gold. We replaced the lower portion of the shank because we do not send any rings out broken or unwearable. T is no damage to the diamond or the filigree work. The ring is size 6, resizeable slightly by a jeweler with expertise in working with antiques. All my items are shipped in plush jewelry boxes ready for gift giving. After nearly 100 years, this lovely ring is ready to be worn and enjoyed by another generation! It will make a great addition to your antique/vintage jewelry collection!
