Not sure of its manufacturer; no labels / markings on it. Made of all metal. Table is dropleaf style, and it has rollers for easy movement. Seat is upholstered. Item has normal wear, paint loss, minor scratches, & minor rust spots on it due to usage / age. Check above pictures for its condition. Great collectible item.
