Listed as a no reserve auction is this antique Gustav Stickley footstool signed on the stretcher with the early branded mark, "Als Ik Kan" inside a joiners compass, with the Stickley signature below (see photos). It is in very good condition with age appropriate wear and is very heavy for its size, with absolutely no looseness whatsoever. The finish appears to be worn original with possibly a light overcoat. The joints are pinned and the feet retain the original bevel. The stool was re-upholstered before I acquired it. I'm not sure what the material is but it doesn't feel like leather. The measurements are 16" X 12" X 9". Insured shipping is $89.95.
