ANTIQUE BATTER DOUGH MIXING MACHINE 1800'S UNIVERSAL ANTIQUE BATTER/DOUGH MIXING MACHINE COMPLETE WITH TOOLS A fantastic primitive. This machine was used for beating eggs, whipping cream or mixing soft batter, for cake, and for bread dough. It is complete with a dough hook for the heavy batters and bread. Metal with original wooden knob. Circa 1888. It has the original clamp used to fasten the mixer to a counter or table. It was made in West Briton, Connecticut. Nine and a half inches across, exterior is four and three quarter inches high. Interior about four and a half inches high. Holds about four quarts. To the top of the handle ten and three quarter inches. This versatile machine is in excellent working condition. Payment is required within seven days of sale.
