Nice old antique glass bottle is marked, "Bottled by H. Levin & Son in Pueblo, Colo. Chicago Liquor House. Bottle is in excellent condition with no nicks or cracks, but does have a few bubbles in the glass from the manufacturing process and also has a faint purple tint to the glass Includes the original pop up style metal stopper. Looks to be about a 1 quart size bottle, measuring 11.75" tall by 4" wide. Don't have a date for this bottle, but it comes from a collection of items at the Ancho Museum, Lincoln County, NM. The museum, called "My House of Old Things," was founded by members of a family who moved to New Mexico from Texas in 1912, the year New Mexico became a state. Will be listing hundreds of items from this collection in the immediate future. Be sure to check out my other auctions on a regular basis as new items will be posted regularly.
