From a recent Vermont haunt is this terrific Schneegass or Beidermeir German foyer hall stand. It has drawers and cabinets that open and a low mohair velvet banquet, perhaps for shoes? It has finials on top, eastlake cutouts and marble tops on the side cabinets. It measures 7" tall and 5.5" wide. On the back is antique marble-ized wall paper which has a some tape on it, not sure why. A stunning piece for the formal entrance to your dollhouse. Circa 1900.
