You are bidding on an Antique Tudor Carved Crotch Walnut Buffet Side Server Cabinet. I have ALL the matching pieces to this antique dining room set on Ebay and ALL of these auctions start at one dollar bids with NO reserve. This set was VERY WELL made by Berkey & Gay Furniture Co who prior to 1950 made some of the highest quality in case goods in the furniture industry and was one of THE BEST. This set is a RARE FIND due to its size, age and beauty. This is turn of the century American made Circa 1920. This piece has a single drawer with 2 beautifully carved double doors that are all doweled and dovetailed together with brass pull handles that have an embrodiery pattern etched into the brass itself. The drawer is line din solid mahogany with plenty of cabinet space which makes it very practical. It sits on beautiful spindle carved legs with circualr motifs. Each side has nice decorative carved finials with beautifully arched doors that has a nice floral leaf design carved into the wood and a nice scrolled floral design at the bottom of each side as well. It has a beautiful and exotic figured and burl crotch wood grain pattern as seen in the pictures
