Item Photos - free eBay image hosting A lovely old quality pair of carved black forest walking bear book ends. The bears are carved very well with lovely fur detail and a great stance. Having the black glass. Each bear is standing on a rounded block book end. These are a great piece to add to any black forest collection. Weight 981g.PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE OTHER BLACK FOREST ITEMS I HAVE FOR SALE. DATE: Circa 1920 DIMENSIONS: book ends: 7.25" long, 4.75" wide. Bears: 5" long x 3" high. CONDITION: These black forest bear book ends are in good condition. There is a little bit of glue visible under the bears feet and there are some scratches on the top base of one book end. All is noted for accuracy and not detrimental to the overall display. PLEASE NOTE: I package every item extremely well and have posted items all over the world without any breakages to date but I do recommend posting via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the only UK service to offer protection for damage on ceramics and glass. WORLDWIDE POSTAGE: Please contact me for postal prices outside of the UK.
