Stunning no mark antique stoneware blue salt glaze with pewter or metal top to pitcher. Perhaps a stein tankard or a serving pitcher, not an expert. Absolutely unusual pattern, embossed flower like and other patterns abound with major blue pattern on front and back, in super shape throughout, looks like never used to me but found at an old estate cleanout, guessing antique stoneware pitcher with lid or oversized stein, not sure, or tankard with stein, looks German but can not find a marking. Size is roughly 8" to top of adorned handle tab, 6 1/2-7" across entire item handle to spout about, 7" tall to top of lid, all sizes approximate. Correct me if wrong, to the best of my limited knowledge, blue salt glaze stoneware with pewter lid and handle, gorgeous and unusual pattern!
