Up for auction is this beautiful Wine red Bohemian Glass Decanter set with 3 glasses. The dark wine red decanter has a combined etched design with a butterfly in the center and etched blackberries as well as an applied design of 22 K gold decoration of leaves. The base of the decanter and the glasses is gold, Each of the glasses has an etched blackberry design in the center of the glass. The Decanter has a gold band around the neck, and gold stripes around the solid stopper. The top of the stopper has a nipple on it, the stem is frosted where it fits in the neck of the decanter to seal it tightly. The measurements are: Overall ht with stopper approx 11" tall. Decanter is 8 3/4" tall, base 3 1/8" diam, top lip edge 1 7/8" diam. Glasses measure: 2 3/8" tall, base 1 3/8", rim 1 3/4" diam. This is an exquiste set, the design of the butterfly is hand etched and beautifully detailed, The leaves are a combination of etched and gold foliage. There are no chips or fleabites, this is in pristine condition. One of my great estate sale finds. Please view the rest of my listings as I am starting to list new items today. VP
