Antique Book 1812 Sir John Hill M.D. "Family Herbal English Plants" 54 PlatesFor your consideration we have an 1812 edition of "Family Herbal" by John Hill M.D.It appears to me this book may have been rebound sometime in the late 1800's.As shown in photos the book also contains a page with the birth history of the "Collton " family from 1783-1823.Book measures 8 1/4" x5 1/4".I did not find any missing pages and all 54 color plates are there.Book and pages show age and wear with foxing, staining and yellowing to many of the pages. The only noticeable damage was one color plate has about a 2" tear through it and the first two pages of the plates are loos from binding.Hard to find book with family provenance attached.Photos are part of the description.Happy to answer questions.Get Images thatMake Supersized Seem Small.
