I am offering for your consideration this really unique and rare antique (probably Meiji period) bronzed enameled metal sculptured art featuring "Mt. Fuji". The top of the "snow covered" mountain is actually natural silver that has not been painted. This plaque is enameled with shades of brown, black and green. The flowers on the bottom right corner are also unpainted natural silver with a pale pink copper in the centers. It is signed by the artist i n Japanese characters that I cannot read - on the lower left corner. ( I would love to have a viewer tell me what the signature is.) It measures 7" x 9 3/4" and is from 1/8" up to 1/2" thick. It weighs 1 pound. It would look beautiful framed or on a stand as I have shown it here. Stand is not included . I inherited it and do not know anything about it so am trying to describe it the best I can. Please see photos. I am starting it at a very low price because I do not have any idea what its worth but am sure it is worth a lot more than I am starting it at. ~~ Thank you for looking.~~ *Shipping will be added to the final bid.
