Nice antique Aesthetic period transferware dinner plate in the Phileau pattern, made by G. Turner & Sons and Tunstall in Staffordshire England, 1880s.Condition is appropriate for the age, with some crazing, a little bit of staining, edge wear, a couple of fleabite chips, and light knife marks. There are no big chips, cracks, or repairs.The plate measures 9 1/2" in diameter.This is part of a large estate of transferware that I will be listing in the coming days and weeks.
