It is not rough to the touch.I have included closeups taken thru a jeweler's loupe.Stopper has a nibble on the peg's side which extends from a chip on bottom of peg. This bottle is so rare, I think these little flaws can be overlooked.Rare Opaline Glass Scent Bottle !NO RESERVEGUARANTEED as described or I'll gladly buy it back.Shipping:USA - $10 Priority Shipping*INCLUDES INSURANCEIf your package is less than I've quoted,I will refund the difference.Happy to combine purchasesNO SHIPPING OUTSIDE USASpecialising in Antique
