NATIVE AMERICAN NAVAJO INDIAN WEAVING c1885-1910! Beautiful antique Navajo Weaving, circa 1885-1910 with red, black and brown geometrics and an off white, neutral or natural toned center acquired from the well reknowned estate collection of the Hagens-Van Willigen House of Pella, Iowa . Corners show some fray...on corner in particular (Photo 11) and we note areas of the main body that appear to have restoration (some diagonal stitching in the neutral tone areas). One edge salvage is in fine condition...other end shows more evidence of wear. A pinpoint hole here or there is noted within the main body...still and all, for 100+ years old, it is a wonderful example. Measures in at 59" x 35".
