Up for consideration is an extra fine Antique Venetian 6 drawer tall chest. The piece is labeled on the back "made in Italy". Overall dimensions are approximately 58 inches tall by 29 inches wide by 16 inches deep. The chest is characterized as having hand painted floral swags in an aqua green blue faded coloration set against a light peach paint with silver trim. Furthermore the top has a wonderful fauz marble finish that is probably original to the chest. Please read the description above for details. Please note this is an old piece it is sturdy but the paint is a bit chippy in a few areas... exposing darker wood. It can be enjoyed as such or lightly touched up.....you decide.
