This item is referred to a chair and a half (larger than a regular chair but smaller than a loveseat). All original wood and finish - still nice and sturdy - new owner can completely refinish wood or buy a good wood cleaner. Coiled spring seats. Upholstery will definetly need replacing. Carving on top back. Measures: across seat - 34 1/2", front to back of seat - 22", top to seat - 22", floor to seat - 18", total height - 38".
