Antique Mahogany Brass Bound Case Recently Fitted Out in Dark Green Cotton Velvet Lining for a .36" Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver. This is a Really Nice Antique Case with Brass Straps, Hinges, End Securing Hooks and Lock but No Key. Brass Screws to the Lid and Base. This Was Probably Originally an Instrument Case from the Victorian Period but Made to the Same Excellent Standards as the Gun Cases of the Time and Ideal for the Navy Colt. With Compartments for Powder Flask, Bullet Mould and Cap Tin etc. This is a Very Well Made Case and Better than a Lot of Original Gun Cases I have had. An Original Colt London Navy with Interior Case Sold on Here a Few Months Back at £1340. An Empty Brass Bound Instrument Case Sold on Here also a Few Months Ago at £820. Please Note the Contents are Not Included (Case Only). Please Be Aware That Most of My Cases Are Old Antique Ones So Most Will Come With Some Sort of Marks, Digs or Scratches Etc on the Exterior Due to Age and Use. Anything Bad Like Large Splits Across a Lid or Warping I Will Always Mention. Most Are Intended for Antique Guns So the Aged Used Look is Better Suited and Please Remember what an Original Case would Cost You. Please Ask Any Questions Before Purchase Like is it Original Gun Case? NO Look at the Price. Think I Already Made That Clear on this One. Overseas read more
