ANTIQUE CAST IRON 10" COUNTRY STORE PAPER ROLL CUTTER. Table top paper roll cutter is intact and free of any brakes or cracks. Cast iron legs, cutter arms and feet have nicely detailed scroll work. Metal parts have some light surface rust (no pitting) that will clean up. The over-all length at the base is 13" and the height is 12-1/4". Wood cross piece on the top is original and in great shape.
