"celluloid photo medallion, or celluloid photo button" photo approx 6 1/4"with frame and tintype about 5 5/8", it does have scratches and some dings,Has a few spots on picture, see close up pictures. I won't clean it so that job is up to the buyer. I have not tried to clean at all, did not even wipe dust off as was not sure how to clean. This is from Newark New Jersey, The name of the Officer is supposed to be "Sterling Johansen Coeyman" ? a family member of the consignor. To pay please wait for invoice so I can combine before paying multiples. Any questions feel free to ask and thanks for looking. Sold as is as found with no returns on this one.
