Stunning antique brass and embossed spelter work opera glasses. The lenses are intact and these little glasses are in good vintage condition with wear commensurate with age, as shown in the photos . The eye pieces are embossed with the maker's name - Chevalier of Paris, who specialised in optical products around the turn of the 20th Century. The focus wheel is operational, and the glasses will extend fully (sometimes with a little nudging required). Optics are in good condition with no clouding. Lovely little collector's piece.
