This big beauty has a wonderful head and her body has been loved a lot over the years. She must have worn a hat most of the time as there is no damage to her shoulder plate, no cracks or chips. The paint is in very good condition at the back of her head, very little wear. The left hand is missing and both arms look like they have had many repairs along the way. She still wears her stockings and fantastic old leather shoes which are in amazing shape. She is truly a beautiful example of this early doll. I have her sitting on a chair which suits her well as she can be tied to it, I can list this as a buy it now for $10 if interested. She measures 21" , the measurement around her head is 11.5". The little doll on her lap and her shawl are not included. Her clothing consists of the very old dress she is wearing which seems a bit small in the back for her and an old pair of panties and an old cotton slip all of which are hand and machine sewn with the finest details. My favorite garment she is wearing is her bodice which is all hand stitched and hand embroidered, the seams are so fine and tiny it should be worn as an outer garment, I put a newer silk ribbon through the top to hold it on.
