EVERY ITEM IS GUARANTEED TO BE AS DESCRIBED

Every item we offer is guaranteed to be in the condition as described in our listing. Antiques and collectibles will usually have the normal wear that you would expect to occur from normal use and age.
You are guaranteed that there are no repairs, alterations, or damage, unless we specifically mention them in our condition report above.

WE SELL ONLY GENUINE ORIGINAL ITEMS

We do our very best to accurately represent each and every item we sell. We do not sell fakes or reproductions of any kind, unless they are clearly described as such. We guarantee every item we sell to be authentic, and to be made in the time period as represented.
We welcome input from dealers and collectors in specialized areas to help insure our listings are complete and accurate.

PAYMENT

At this time we are only taking

We expect payment to be made within 3 days from the date of your invoice. An unpaid item case will be opened with eBay if you do not make payment within 7 days.

SHIPPING

After confirmed payment, we will ship your package within three days, if not sooner.
Shipping Costs: The price quoted is basic shipping/postage costs, plus a bit extra for packing materials. This 'bit extra' can vary depending on the fragility of the item (for example, double-boxing adds weight and packaging costs). We ship by priority mail flat rate or priority mail, whichever is cheaper. We will notify you when your package has been shipped. Usually from Hawaii to the mainland it takes about 5 business days. We offer insurance on any item that our buyer specifies, but we may include mandatory insurance on those items that we deem to be necessary to insure.

If possible to do so, we would be more than happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Please feel free to ask for a quote.

PACKING

We package our items with the utmost care but we cannot be responsible for the handling during shipping. That is why we strongly encourage insurance. Each item we ship will have an Electronic Delivery Confirmation number assigned for tracking purposes. We care about the survival of the items we sell on eBay, and we want them to arrive in the same condition as when they were sent out.

REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Refunds: If we misrepresent an item such that it is worth less due to an omission or error in our listing, i.e., if we inadvertently fail to notice a chip or crack, you may return the item within 7 days for a full refund, including all shipping costs. We don't want you to lose one penny.

No Refunds: If the item description is in error, i.e., if the measurements are slightly inaccurate, and the error has no effect on its monetary value, we may refuse to allow a refund.

Damaged Items: If your item is damaged in shipping, the shipper is responsible, but we will assist you with the claim process. You will need to save the box and packing materials to show the shipper. This is the proof that they require, so if you discard the packing materials, your claim may be denied. Shippers do not accept parcels packed in damaged boxes as a rule, so damage is normally evidenced by damage to the box. Uninsured items damaged in transit ...
