Selling this fine antique Chinese Silver and Jade mirror made from solid silver and is also marked Silver. This piece is made from a Antique Chinese Jade Belt Hook which is a lighter Celadon color with opaque brown and white mottling and finely carved. The plaque is an off white to tan colored with a carved design of two carps swimming among floral branches. The handle is marked silver and has an etched design underneath. The top of the mirror has inlaid stones and designs of sea shells, fish, vase and other symbols surrounding the Jade plaque and with two bats at the corner. T are some minor dings in part of the silver in the plain area behind Jade head that do not really affect it. The jade handle is a little loose and can be tightened by adjusting the prongs.
