3 Antique Chinese Qianlong Porcelain Snuff Bottles Three antique Chinese Snuff Bottles, dating back to the Qianlong / Chien Lung / Cheng Lung era of the Ching dynasty - late 1700's / early 1800's, based on the markings. Each of these are blue on white painted porcelain.The first piece has a dragon motif on one side and a forrest scene on the other, with a coral top. Relatively good condition, but some wear from age.The second piece from the left IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LOT.The third snuff bottle depics a philospher and his page boy under a pine tree, with a fair jade top.The fourth bottle has what appears to be the important items of a scholar's studio collection: books, vase, planter, with a rose quartz top.I do have many other Chinese and Japanese items for sale: vintage, antique and ancient - including many other snuff bottles. I am selling these for an elderly Chinese gentleman who was a renown collector and purveyer of Chinese works for many years in New York City and has recently retired.
