A wonderful fine antique Coalport bone china trio . In a Adelaide shape moulded edges with beautiful hand painted flowers . The borders in a beige ground with gorgeous profuse gold gilding . The coffee cup measures 70 mm / 2.75 inches in height and 85 mm / 3.25 inches across the top . The cup tea cup measures 50 m / 2 inches in height and 100 mm / 4 inches across the top . The saucer 152 mm / 6 inches in diameter . The same shaped cup in the Berthoud book A Compendium of British Cups page 150 plate 895 and dating between 1830 and 1840 . In great condition no chips cracks just some wear to some of the gilding this mainly around the foot rim . A fine antique Coalport English bone china trio. Thank you for looking.
