Hi! Fresh from a nice old Maine estate is this wonderful RARE antique COLEMAN CQ QUICK-LITE Gas (white fuel) Lamp-Model #118 and a #443 Kremelite shade in very good to excellent antique condition!This was built by the COLEMAN LAMP CO.,WICHITA,KANSAS-U.S.A.(pictured-base of lamp). I could not find a Patent date,however I believe this was made in the late 1920's-based on the information I was able to find on line.With the acception of a few small scrapes from moving around,the progressive tone gold colac finish is in very good condition and looks awesome when displayed on a shelf! The Kremelite Shade is gorgeous! I mention this particular light is rare because it appears to be all original with a perfect shade to match!This is made mostly of brass.The pump and the open-close valve function as they are supposed to.The lamp is approximately 17 1/2" tall (plus the shade) and the base is 8" in diameter.The total weight of this fine speciman from days gone by is just under 7 1/2 pounds!This will be very carefully packed with extra packing materials to protect the shade and lamp from damage.If you are a collector of antique Coleman Lamps,don't miss out on this one!
