Rare and outstanding antique black and white photo of Sitting Bull. The photo itself measures 4" by 5 3/4" and the mat that it is mounted on measures 4 1/4 inches by 6 1/2 inches and is marked as "Goldsberry" "Bedford, Iowa." The back has the name "Sitting Bull" written in pencil, and stamped as "Ray Rose's Attic Antiques, Route 2, Osark, Mo. (Between Springfield & Ozark on Hwy. 65)". The black and white photo is amazingly clear and is of Sitting Bull sitting with long braids and feathers. The picture is in very good condition for its age. This item was purchased recently from a Florida collection and the previous owner stated that it was previously part of the collection of Lt. Col. Floyd Lyerla who is the author of books on Indianology. This information has not been verified but seems to be accurate. Payment can be made by check, money order or Paypal in US currency only. Buyer is responsible for first class or airmail postage. All items are sent at buyer's risk, unless insurance (for domestic shipments) or registration (for overseas shipments) is also paid.
