This is a completely hand sewn quilt as far as I can tell and the stitching is so perfectly uniform and tight, it's hard to believe it was done by hand. There are stains as you can see but since the stains are only evident on the white part, and since the back is white, I think careful use of bleach could remove the stains. It measures 72 X 83 inches. I can't be certain it is pre 1930 but it seems very old. I'm sure it is 100% cotton. I can't find one broken stitch. The cotton batting is not thick or heavy but evenly distributed in the extensive quilting. Returns accepted only if an item is misrepresented.
