ANTIQUE COPPER VOLUND KETTLE FROM HAMAR,NORWAY This is a very nice antique copper Volund Kettle from Hamar,Norway Volund has been in Hamar,Norway for many years and is famous for it's copperware. This kettle dates to the 1930s and came from Svenborg,Denmark. For being over 70 years old,this lovely old kettle looks great! The kettle is in good condition.It has normal wear on it,but is still a lovely Norwegian antique. The kettle holds 5 liters.From the base to the knob on the lid 9.5",the base is 6" and at the mid section is 8". The handle is solid copper with the Volund-Hamar stamp. The inside is very clean and is totally useable. This is an exceptionally nice old Norwegian kettle. A lovely find for the collector of old European copper. Thank you for looking.
