For your consideration is an Antique Corner Cabinet. This amazing piece of furniture was saved from an 1880's Greek Revival in the historic west end of New Britain, CT that was slated to be remodeled. It is constructed of solid wood and features a 22 glass pane top door, solid brass hardware and a beautiful pediment atop. Fluting and rosettes further add architectural detail. The upper portion of the cupboard has four beautifully scalloped shelves against a wainscoting back. The lower portion has a single solid wood shelf behind a pair of doors. The old paint shows fantastic antique character though refinishing the cabinet is always an option. Overall height of this piece with the pediment measures 102" and w/o the pediment it is 88." I've included photos of what the cabinet would look like with or without the pediment and, most certainly, this piece of furniture looks amazing either way. The overall width is 50" and the depth is 23". Other than some minor scuffs-and-such there is no major damage and none of the glass panes are cracked. Again, this is an amazing piece of furniture. You will not be dissapointed! Inspections can be accommodated upon request. Please ask questions if I've left anything out. Thanks & Happy eBaying!
