VINTAGE CORONADO TUBE RADIO According to the paper on the bottom of the case (pictured), the radio was sold January 20, 1947. Model NO. 43-8330 operating range kilocycles, 110 volt input power supply to run. All the tubes are in place and has a paper on the bottom telling how the tubes are arranged and what they are. The speaker is in good condition not sure if it works, but on visual inspection it looks good. The chassis has just a little surface rust in places but looks good. The tuner is free but the thread running fron the control knob to the tuner is unhooked. The antenna loop is hooked up and looks ok. Please note: The 110v cord has one place with tape and one place with a crack. To run the radio the cord should be replace before powering up. The back cover is missing some cardboard but the outside holding it onto the radio is ok. The front of the case both knobs are there, plus the numbers for broadcast kilocycles are good. No broken wood on the front, top, sides, bottom. There is a scratch on each side and some loss of finish on the top. There are no cracks on the case. The stand on the bottom is missing two pieces of wood. The missing pieces are each 1/2" by 1/2" by 6 1/4" long. Please note: I did not plug in the radio to see if it works. It needs to be pulled apart and checked first before powering up. This is a read more
