We are selling our collection of authentic antique handpainted country furniture. The item represented is made around 1890. Handmade pine chest is made with dove-tail construction, handpainted by folk artist. Original hardware. It is a rare piece in excellent usable condition. These so called "hope chests" w the young bride collected her linen and keep-sakes for the wedding. It has a treasure chest inside for the more valuble small items. Dimansions are: 48" long; 25" high; 23" wide. We are ecouraging local pick-up. Storage for a limited time is free, however we are moving and not sure how long we are able to store your item. Please note that we are not involved in shipping including it's cost and scheduling. We are located at ZIP 29323, the weigth of the chest is about 75 lb., based on this information you can obtain shipping quote.
