Just a beautiful old butcher paper dispenser. Well taken care of and it looks all original. The screws are slot and the nuts are square so it does not look to have been a restoration project at anytime in the past. The paper has to be original too as its pretty out of round on the rack. If your thinking this might make a perfect addition to your decor I know you will love the condition of this Rex 15 butcher paper dispenser. As for shipping cost, the paper does weigh a fair amount so if its not necessary I could lower the shipping cost by eliminating the paper.
