For sale in this auction is a fine example of the work from the Craftsman Pewter Company of Sheffield England, which was likely made between 1900 and 1930, given its upbeat style, bright hand-hammered finish, and fine workmanship. Other than a minor ding to the very bottom of the pot, t are not holes, scratches, tears, rips, or hard knocks to this fine piece. The hinge is tight and works smoothly. The handles and finish are smooth, consistent, and unworn. In fact this medium sized pot looks perfect just sitting on the table or on a pewter shelf.
