This is for a blown mercury glass tree topper. It is 12 1/2 inches tall. It is a very pale teal blue and silver. It is wrapped with crinkle tinsel wire. It also has wire tinsel coming out of the top. There are two bumpy textured bell ornaments hanging from wire tinsel hooks. There are no chips or breaks except the top has rough edges which may be original.
