Lovely handcut silhouette is initialed and dated Aug 26, ...not sure if it says 1833 or 1853, I'll let the buyer decide! Clean and nicely mounted in a 4 1/4" x 5 3/4" brass frame with a stand, or hang if you prefer. Back of frame is stamped "Jas. McCreery & Co, New York". The glass is "chippy" all around the edges, so you may want to replace it. Overall, a great little treasure!
