This antique serving plate is completely, incredibly beautiful!! It is just like another French Limoges Plate I listred, on that one, the artist used the [aint to make it appear as if emeralds were screwn around the plate, w this artist has given the plate an appearance of perfectly pure white lace that has softly graced the dish. No paint loss, no flaws of ANY kind! My Kovels book of Porcelain Marks, tells what year certain marks were used, that is how I date my products. This one is marked D&Co France, which is a very sought after Anique mark, as this company was only in operation a few years before being bought out. This French Porcelain plate is dated 1878.
