One of a kind piece of Americana . Approximate size is 24" wide x 48" in length. All original cast iron wheels and fittings on lower section. All new body and upper section using the best 6/4 cedar and solid mahogany woods for trim and strapping. Hand carved name on one side along with a hand carved mahogany wooden cleat for rope. A nice antique wheel chock is also included. Brass nails and screws used throughout. Brass tie rail in front with brass ticket pocket on end. There is an unusual and unique under bed storage compartment with hinged door lid. A solid mahogany end crib section is mortised and tendon jointed and oil painted black. This end section can be lifted off or kept in place. Both front and rear wheels have been drilled and tapped to lock the cart level for use as a table. This hand crafted railroad cart is a one of a kind beauty.
