Dirigo compass made in Seattle, WashingtonThis compass has a black surface with a 3" compass card, and a gimbal ring that is pivoted on the compass and has two 1/8" posts that are 1/4" long, positioned at a 90 degree angle to the main pivot on the compass. The compass appears to be oil filled with a ¾" bubble in the fluid just below the top glass. The back of the compass is burnished copper that is soldered to the brass top. The brass top contains a surface ring with eight screws that hold the glass sealed to the compass itself. The compass reads with the standard terms used to box a compass, and also has degrees around the outside of the card which define compass angle in increments of two degrees.Weighs 2 lbs Terms and Conditions: Please ask any questions before bidding, all bids are FINAL.
