This is a great find - a huge collection of old physican (surgical) instruments (plus bag).T are over 50 pieces - I believe the doctor was a bone surgeon - as some of the little viles and instruments give a large indiction as to their use. Most of the items are manufacture labeled - the entire assortment weighs about 25 lbs. This came from a Boise, Idaho estate - the granddaughter said that the doctor quit practicing in the early 1970's and had practiced in Missouri, Nevada and Idaho for 60 years. The leather bag is 20" long, 10" wide and about 9" high - it is well worn but was quality made - the clasps still work perfectly and the inside is free from any tears or holes.
