Exception: There is a small flake chip off of head lit up from the inside. It is a surface flake as shown in the back-light photo. There is no break or crack through the bisque rim/eye hole. Very minor restore paint to skin and a 1/16" fine line of black to re-place missing end of painted lower eyelash. Glued to the wig pate is a bellows from a talking mechanism. There is a notch in the rim of the head for the voice mechanism. All that remains of the mechanism is the bellows that is glued to the wig pate (see photos).
