Greetings To All!.... Welcome to a delightful auction!.... Presented for your consideration....Turn of the century Antique Doll Dress . Styled exquisitely with graceful taste of the Parisian Victorian era All-Original Doll garment to add to any Antique Doll wardrobe. Rich pink taffeta silk; fabric ruffled beautifully at the dress's edges and empress style sleeves with scrumptious licorice tie bows at waist & arms, lace adorned on bustle area. Skillfully sewn with fine stitch work, clearly shows each pieces was carefully, meticulously sewn together to create such a masterpiece. Can be adjusted to your doll as desired as the two piece gown are both in separate pieces. Wonderful garment , Measures approximately , Waist 5 1/2" all the way around. Front 5" length, Back Train 6". Shoulder to shoulder 2 1/2", Underarm to underarm 3 1/2". Sleeves 3". Both pieces put together in total is 8" long; The dress is modeled on a 8 1/2" French bisque doll (Doll not included in auction) the dress has been gathered; to show how lovely it can be displayed on your doll. These are the complete FULL measurements, they can be gathered (adjusted) to fit you doll as desired. Garment was beautifully done by a skilled seamstress of her time in the 19th century. The dress came off a damaged Jumeau Bebe doll. Bustle type gathered in the front in shape of a corset
