This is a Beautiful Rare Antique Murphy bed made of solid oak. The cabinet looks like a very large dresser which opens up to reveal the murphy bed. the bed pulls down and there is a mesh base that holds the double size mattress. The dresser like cabinet is 53 inches wide, 55 inches high and 22 inches in depth, there are two legs that hold the bed off the ground. The footboard is signed patented 1897. This piece is very heavy and in good condition with original finish. The Murphy bed is ideal for people who need to conserve space in their home. Local pickup or will deliver within 50 miles of Ocala, Fl. for a small charge.
