She came in a small collection of dolls-some dating from the mid-ninteenth century but judging on the material and look I'd date her to the turn of the century.She is most certainly made of rubber and in remarkable condition. Her long skinny legs hidden beneath her Plantation Dress contain wires.So the legs alone are somewhat bendable.She's lovely, extremely unusual,and would make a captivating addition toanyone collecting Black Americana.
