Offered for sale is this good quality edwardian mahogany double bed. Dating from 1900. Made from solid mahogany. Carved decoration across the top rails. Slatted uprights with central panel and pierced oval panels. Metal side rails which screw in place. Original brass castors so its easy to move when cleaning. Spring mesh base to hold the matress. The bed breaks down into meshg base, head board, foot board and 2 metal side rails for easy transportation and assembly indoors. Very nice quality bed. Offered in superb original order. Lovely colour and shine to the mahogany. Very clean. No faults. No woodworm. Complete. Just requires a matress. It measures 54" wide, 75" long. The headboard is 51" high, the footboard is 33" high.
