GOOD ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN OAK & LEATHER CAPTAINS DESK SWIVEL CHAIR No Reserve Description This is a Wonderful Top Quality Antique Edwardian Desk Chair. Dated Circa 1900. * Offered at a Low Start ~ WITH NO RESERVE * Made of Solid Oak, with a warm wax finish, which is rich and pleasing to the touch. The Chair has The Original Cast Metal Action under the Seat, which allows the Chair to Swivel, Rise & Fall, and Tilt. The Action is Good and has been Fully Refurbished, although the rise and fall action is a little sticky, but will improve with use. The Chair is Covered in Good Quality Tan Coloured Leather, which has Character in All the Right Places, and enhances the colour of the Oak. With Wonderful Swooping Arms, and a Lovely Scoop to the Back of the Chair, it really is Comfortable, and Looks Such an Eye-catching Piece of Furniture. Sitting on a Good Study Base, with Four Well detailed Carved Feet. The Back of the Chair has Lovely Carved and Turned Spindles, which are Good and Strong.
