Found online an ad in classified section of 1910 Popular Electricity Magazine ~ Medical or Shocking Coil..runs on one cell dry battery.. Berkshire Hummer Co Pittsfield MA. case is 7 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 3 1/2, I have not cleaned it up at all. Does not include any probes, just what you see here. Neat old Scientific device from a small Pittsfield maker
