Up for bids is a vintage/antique Elgin Lantern No. 10 E with (i think) the original glass. Glass is marked 10 E . This model was manufactured from the 1930s - 1950's. From my research I understand that the Embury company made this particular model to be sold under private labels for various department stores that existed at the time. The Elgin models were sold by Sears Roebuck. Wick turner and arm that operates the ball-holder still work fine. Only significant rust is on the bottom and inside of the tank (see photos). Cannot tell for certain but it is possible this may not be the original paint. Please e-mail for any questions. Wick is not included. Because I have not attempted to use the lantern I am selling as-is , but from my amateur eye, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Thanks for looking! I do have a couple other vintage items up for sale now, and I'm happy to discount shipping for multiple items.
