This is a ladies Elgin antique watch, it was made in 1950 / 51 on the back it says W10KGF Bezel. Inside it says cased and timed by Elgin National Watch Company Wadsworth Stainless steel. 17 Jewels Elgin 661 N898050. There is an inscription inside the case back A1776T perhaps by someone who worked on the watch ?? The watch band seems small from the watch back to the band is 1.25 inches, when stretched out it measures 3 inches. I have never tried to wind this watch It may or may not run. I have never owned a wind up watch and did not want to start with this one. I will mail this watch 1st class anywhere in the 48 USA states for $2.50. Anywhere else will pay the actual postage + $5.00
